Bio:

Thousand Oaks are a four piece skatepunk band from Rome, formed from the ashes of Italian skatepunk legends Jet Market. Having played together in Jet Market for 14 years, the bands’ experience shines through on debut album ‘Monsters Begetting Monsters’, which shows these guys’ knack of writing songs which are not only hard hitting and technically impressive, but full of memorable hooks which are sure to have crowds screaming back the lyrics with fists in the air. Fans of bands like Propagandhi, A Wilhelm Scream and Belvedere are going to love these guys.

‘Monsters Begetting Monsters‘ was released in January 2016 through labels in Europe, Peru and Japan.

Come the end of 2017, and having played dates throughout the world, Thousand Oaks recorded a new split ‘Memories & Milestones‘ with Japanese skatepunk band Too Close To See, before a new split ‘Antipodes‘ alongside Finnish melodic hardcore legends One Hidden Frame out in September 2018.

Following this, the band released their second full length album ‘Bound For Destruction‘ in April 2019, which continued their epic assault on our ear drums. The bands latest release, the six track EP ‘Hell Is Empty‘ was released in December 2020.
