First bands announced for Might As Well Fest III – Saturday 7th October

Friday, September 1st, 2017

We are very excited to be hosting another edition of our annual charity based music festival Might As Well Fest, alongside our friends from Speaking Tongues, Lockjaw Records and Whatever Happened to P-Rock.

This year, we’re making the event bigger and better than ever, with two venues (The Macbeth and Old Blue Last) meaning we can pack in much more rock n roll into one great day of punk rock music on Saturday 7th October. The event is sponsored by the great people at Fireball and Victory Amps, and we’re very happy to be raising money for two great and very worthwhile charities, SANDS and CALM.

In our first announcement we welcome London punk rock scene heroes Apologies, I Have None; indie punk two piece Kamikaze Girls; London melodic punkers The Burnt Tapes; from the ashes of Pacer the local hardcore quartet RECAP; the solo folk punk rock goodness of Tom Aylott; and two of our favourite DD bands, south coast pop punkers MAYPINE and London’s hardcore masters Lay It On The Line. With plenty more bands left to announce, you can see it’s already shaping up to be a great day, so make sure you dont miss out!

Early bird tickets are now on sale for the special price of £10, so don’t hang around and pick up a ticket now:
